Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Shannon County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Pay around $9,500 per project, based on your experience.
