Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Full-time with occasional weekends.
