line cook needed in West Berkshire

We run a busy kitchen in West Berkshire and need a dependable line cook. You will be responsible for keeping HACCP records, daily mise en place, preparing dishes to spec. Requirements: knowledge of food hygiene rules; at least 1 year(s) of experience preferred. Expect 42 hours per week; mostly evening shift. Transport allowance is included.
