We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in City of Lexington, Virginia. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 2+ years on the tools preferred.
