Join our team: we are hiring a RCC mason in Dickenson County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
