Join our team: finish carpenter (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. The role involves check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Rotating shifts. £2,350 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
