Vacancy available: sheet metal welder (Pennsylvania)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The role involves sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Full-time, day shift.
