Pressman — Ritchie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pressman in Ritchie County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
