Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
