RCC mason • Bradford, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a RCC mason in Bradford, England. You will work on a building construction site. You will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
