Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Chatham County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy construction site. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
