UPVC window fitter wanted in Livingston Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day to day you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
