Concrete placer — Starke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in Starke County, Indiana. You will work on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength Ideal candidate: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
