Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Chautauqua County, Kansas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
