Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Currituck County, North Carolina. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
