Great opportunity: scaffolding charge hand (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Warren County, New York. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. You will erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
