Retail butcher wanted in Bear Lake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bear Lake County, Idaho. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
