Building site helper — Tyler County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Tyler County, West Virginia. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
