Crane rigger • Maries County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Maries County, Missouri. You will work at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
