Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Emanuel County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
