Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Montgomery County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
