Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Musawa, Katsina State. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes ₦9,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
