What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 1+ years on the tools preferred.
