Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The job is at a busy press shop. The role involves watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
