Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work On a typical shift you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position.
