Day to day you will fit cam locks, cam screws, confirmat screws and minifix connectors; locate wall studs with a stud finder before drilling for wall-mounted units; read flat-pack assembly manuals and lay out all parts and hardware before starting; assemble wardrobes, beds, cabinets, desks and bookshelves from flat-pack panels. You should have: • Able to read assembly diagrams and manuals accurately • Reliable timekeeping and able to complete jobs within the quoted time 2+ years on the tools preferred.
