Dishwashing attendant wanted in Mariposa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mariposa County, California. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
