Glazier — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glazier in Polk County, Texas. You will work in a mirror and glass showroom. Day to day you will install toughened and laminated safety glass; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; measure window and door openings and order glass to size. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
