Vacancy available: gas commissioning technician (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Knox County, Missouri. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. The role involves check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. You should have: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
