Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
