Elevator technician • Kent County, Delaware

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Kent County, Delaware. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work On a typical shift you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; run load and overload tests with test weights; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
