Gantry crane operator — City and County of San Francisco

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in City and County of San Francisco, California. The role involves read and interpret the load chart before every lift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL).
