Join our team: powder coating sprayer (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Warwickshire, England. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred.
