We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Yates County, New York. Day to day you will assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
