Render and set plasterer — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Montgomery County, Mississippi. You will work at a new-build housing development. Day to day you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
