Kitchen steward — Lapeer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will work in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
