Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Rush County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
