Great opportunity: machine setter-operator (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Hartley County, Texas. You will work at an injection moulding unit. Your main tasks: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Performance bonus on top of base pay.
