MIG welder — DeKalb County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG welder in DeKalb County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
