Join our team: we are hiring a building site helper in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The role involves clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Full-time, day shift.
