TIG welder wanted in City and County of San Francisco

Vacancy available: we are hiring a TIG welder in City and County of San Francisco, California. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Full-time with occasional weekends.
