Great opportunity: laundry presser (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Bennett County, South Dakota. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Your main tasks: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
