Plant operator — Hancock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Hancock County, Iowa. You will work at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter.
