Now hiring: we are hiring a solar mounting technician in Maverick County, Texas. The job is at a ground-mount solar farm. Your main tasks: • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays • Fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers What we are looking for: • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day • MCS or equivalent solar PV installation certification Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
