Industrial maintenance technician • Esan West, Edo

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial maintenance technician in Esan West, Edo. You will work in a packaging and bottling plant. Day to day you will carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on motors, pumps and gearboxes; diagnose and repair breakdowns on production machinery to minimize downtime; inspect machine guards and safety interlocks during routine checks; isolate and lock out machinery before starting repair work; align and balance rotating equipment such as fans and shafts; replace conveyor belts, rollers and chains on production lines. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and be on call for breakdowns • Vocational qualification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics or electrics • Lockout/tagout and electrical safety training At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
