Join our team: chef de partie (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Rhea County, Tennessee. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
