Commercial cleaner wanted in King County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial cleaner in King County, Washington. You will work at a residential apartment complex. Day-to-day duties: • Spot-clean carpets and lift stains • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets • Operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine • Restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers What we are looking for: • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
