Bread and bun maker wanted in Logan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Logan County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
