Join our team: cake decorator (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Stone County, Arkansas. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
