Powder coating line operator — Jasper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jasper County, Iowa. The job is on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
